Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for single service bookings are eligible within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been rendered. After the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. 2. Cancellations: You may cancel a single service booking at any time, and no future charges will be applied. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or phone). Cancellations made with 1 hour or less before the scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a particular service, please notify us within 72 hours of service completion. 4. Non-Refundable Fees: Any booking-related fees paid for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. 5. Transferability: Service bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with others. 6. Weather Cancellations (Company Policy): In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as storms, heavy snow, or other hazardous conditions), we reserve the right to cancel services for safety reasons. If the company cancels due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible, a rescheduling will be offered. If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions, the standard cancellation policy will apply. 7. Customer Vehicle Maintenance Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of poor or inadequate vehicle maintenance by the customer. If the vehicle's maintenance issues result in damage or complications during service, the customer will be fully responsible for the associated costs. 8. Access to Customer's Electricity and Water: By booking a service with the company, the customer agrees to provide the company with reasonable access to electricity and water on the premises, as required for the service to be performed. If the customer is unable to provide access to these utilities, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. 9. Poor Condition/Hazard Up Charge: In some cases, the condition of the vehicle may require additional time, products, or special care to restore it to its best possible condition. An additional charge may be applied to the original service estimate. The final cost of services will be communicated to the customer before any work begins. If hazardous Waste is discovered in the vehicle (Blood, vomit, fluids) 15 percent upcharge is applied to fixed rate.
