Perfect for busy individuals who want reliable vehicle maintenance without the hassle. ✔Drain Old Engine Oil-The technician will drain the old oil from the engine to ensure that the vehicle has fresh oil. This step involves removing the oil plug and allowing the oil to fully drain. ✔Replace the Oil Filter-The old oil filter is removed and replaced with a new one. The oil filter helps remove contaminants from the engine oil, keeping the engine running smoothly. ✔Inspect the Drain Plug and Gasket-The drain plug is checked for damage or wear, and the gasket may be replaced to ensure a proper seal when the plug is tightened. ✔Add New Oil-Fresh, new engine oil is added to the engine. The type and amount of oil are selected based on the vehicle’s specifications (e.g., conventional, synthetic, or high-mileage oil). ✔Check Oil Level-After the new oil is added, the technician checks the oil level using the dipstick to ensure the proper amount of oil is in the engine. ✔Check Tire Pressure- Checking and adjusting the air pressure in the tires to ensure they are properly inflated, which helps with vehicle safety and fuel efficiency. ✔Check for Leaks-The technician will check for any signs of leaks under the vehicle to ensure that the oil filter and drain plug are properly sealed. ✔ Reset the Oil Change Light-In many vehicles, the oil change reminder light or indicator is reset to ensure that the next oil change is tracked properly.
Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for single service bookings are eligible within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been rendered. After the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If a service has been rendered but you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue. 2. Cancellations: You may cancel a single service booking at any time, and no future charges will be applied. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or phone). Cancellations made with 8 hours or less before scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a particular service, please notify us within 72 hours of service completion. 4. Non-Refundable Fees: Any booking-related fees paid for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This includes any cancellation fees. 5. Transferability: Service bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with others. 6. Weather Cancellations (Company Policy): In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as storms, heavy snow, or other hazardous conditions), we reserve the right to cancel services for safety reasons. If the company cancels due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and any cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. 7. Customer Vehicle Maintenance Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of poor or inadequate vehicle maintenance by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is in proper working condition prior to service. If the vehicle's maintenance issues result in damage or complications during service, the customer will be fully responsible for the associated costs.
