Service Description

A cabin air filter replacement involves removing the old cabin air filter from your vehicle and installing a new one to ensure optimal air quality inside the cabin. The cabin air filter is responsible for trapping dust, pollen, pollutants, and other contaminants from the air entering the interior through the HVAC system. Over time, the filter becomes clogged with debris, reducing airflow and potentially causing unpleasant odors or allergens in the cabin. It's typically recommended to replace the cabin air filter every 15,000 to 30,000 miles or as advised by your vehicle manufacturer.


Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for single service bookings are eligible within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been rendered. After the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If a service has been rendered but you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue. 2. Cancellations: You may cancel a single service booking at any time, and no future charges will be applied. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or phone). Cancellations made with 8 hours or less before scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a particular service, please notify us within 72 hours of service completion. 4. Non-Refundable Fees: Any booking-related fees paid for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This includes any cancellation fees. 5. Transferability: Service bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with others. 6. Weather Cancellations (Company Policy): In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as storms, heavy snow, or other hazardous conditions), we reserve the right to cancel services for safety reasons. If the company cancels due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and any cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. 7. Customer Vehicle Maintenance Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of poor or inadequate vehicle maintenance by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is in proper working condition prior to service. If the vehicle's maintenance issues result in damage or complications during service, the customer will be fully responsible for the associated costs.
