What’s Included in Our Wiper Blade Replacement Service: 1.Inspection of Wiper Blades: Our team will start by inspecting the condition of your current wiper blades. We look for signs of wear, such as streaking, cracking, skipping, or chattering, to determine if a replacement is necessary. 2.Removal of Old Blades: We carefully remove the old wiper blades from your vehicle, ensuring no damage to the wiper arms. We’ll dispose of the old blades properly for you. 3.Selection of the Right Replacement Blades: We offer a wide range of wiper blades, including conventional, beam, and hybrid types. Our team will select the correct size and type based on your vehicle’s specifications, ensuring optimal performance. 4.Professional Installation: We’ll install the new wiper blades with precision, ensuring they’re securely attached and aligned correctly for efficient wiping. More Frequent Replacement: If you drive frequently in harsh weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, ice, or extreme heat), you may need to replace your blades more often. Every 6 months is recommended for those in such climates or conditions. Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for single service bookings are eligible within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been rendered. After the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If a service has been rendered but you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to resolve the issue. 2. Cancellations: You may cancel a single service booking at any time, and no future charges will be applied. Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or phone). Cancellations made with 8 hours or less before scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee. 3. Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a particular service, please notify us within 72 hours of service completion. 4. Non-Refundable Fees: Any booking-related fees paid for services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This includes any cancellation fees. 5. Transferability: Service bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or shared with others. 6. Weather Cancellations (Company Policy): In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as storms, heavy snow, or other hazardous conditions), we reserve the right to cancel services for safety reasons. If the company cancels due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. If you choose to cancel due to weather conditions, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and any cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. 7. Customer Vehicle Maintenance Responsibility: The company is not responsible for any damages that occur as a result of poor or inadequate vehicle maintenance by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is in proper working condition prior to service. If the vehicle's maintenance issues result in damage or complications during service, the customer will be fully responsible for the associated costs.
